Gjöco Panel Varnish is a waterborne, quick-drying, silk-matte acrylic varnish with light filters. Used indoors on new or old untreated yellowed paneling/wood. Can be tinted using a tinting machine.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Pre-treatment The surface must be clean and free from grease and dirt. To avoid fiber raising on new wood, the paneling can be wetted with water and then lightly sanded before applying Gjöco Panel Varnish. Old untreated paneling should be cleaned with Gjöco Interior Cleaner before proceeding. Any fiber raising should be lightly sanded down.
Method of application
It is recommended to perform a test application to check if the color is as desired. Different yellow shades in the wood will affect the color, which may vary from panel to panel. Varnish one or a few boards at a time in full length to avoid overlaps. Smooth out if necessary with a sponge or cloth while the varnish is still wet. Apply 1-2 coats as desired. Clear Gjöco Panel Varnish is recommended in 2 coats to provide better UV protection against the wood's yellowing. Any fiber raising should be lightly sanded down. It is recommended to clean the brush in water during work to avoid grains and dried particles.
Other information
Stir the varnish well before use. Cans with different batch numbers should be mixed before use to avoid differences in gloss.
The product must not be exposed to frost.

Recoat interval, minimum: 1 hour. Full adhesion is achieved after 4 weeks of curing. Deviates with changing temperatures, humidity, ventilation, and film thickness.
Minimum application temp. °C: + 5°C. The best results are obtained when the varnish is used at room temperature.
