Boden Couture SofTEC® is suitable for practically any room – living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and commercial premises. It is approved for usage classes 23 and 31 and is moisture-resistant.
Can I lay the floor over an existing floor?
Yes! With a total thickness of approx. 7 mm, it can be laid directly over most existing floor coverings – perfect for renovations.
How much do I need?
Each pack covers 3.09 m2. Measure your area and add approx. 10% for waste and cuttings.
Is the floor suitable for underfloor heating?
Yes, the floor has excellent thermal conductivity and is approved for water-based underfloor heating systems. The maximum surface temperature should not exceed 27 degrees C.
How do I install the floor?
The floor is installed as a floating floor using the patented L2C® click system – no glue or nails are needed. Most DIYers can handle this without any problems.
How easy is the floor to maintain?
Very easy. Sweep or vacuum regularly and damp mop as needed. Avoid strong cleaning agents and excessive amounts of water.
Is the floor environmentally friendly and safe?
