Description
Quick-drying special primer with excellent covering properties for pre-treating stains from water, nicotine, oil, smoke, tar, asphalt, waxed surfaces, etc. before painting.
Area of application
Can be used on wood, fiberboard, plaster, stone, cement, etc.; it also works on polystyrene. The primer is easy to paint over and prevents stains from bleeding through the topcoat. Hagmans Stain-Blocking Primer is free from freons (CFCs), lead, cadmium, and chromium.
Instructions for use
1. Clean the surface. The surface must be intact, clean, and free from grease and mold release agents.
2. Shake the can for 2 minutes. Perform a test spray. Spraying distance approx. 25 cm. Apply 2 coats of Hagmans Stain-Blocking Primer in criss-cross layers.
3. For best results, wait at least 3 hours before painting over with a topcoat.
4. Apply the topcoat in several layers until full coverage has been achieved.
