Product description
Pre-treatment
Turn off any underfloor heating before painting.
New concrete surfaces must have cured for at least 1 week and must be dry and free from dirt, oil, and similar substances.
Laitance should be removed via methods such as diamond grinding, blasting, or acid etching.
Use Hagmans Dammbindning 1K as a primer to increase adhesion and further strengthen the surface of outdoor concrete surfaces, such as balconies or stairs.
For untreated wooden surfaces, knots should be treated with Hagmans Spärrgrund, and then the entire surface should be primed with a wood/joinery primer to reduce the risk of discoloration from wood resins (this applies primarily to wooden surfaces that are to be painted in white and light colors). When painting over existing paint, the surface must be sanded matte and all loose paint removed.
Application
With a brush or roller. Should be applied in two coats. When priming on absorbent surfaces, dilute the paint with 20% water. Ensure good ventilation.
At humidity levels above 85%, a matte and
blotchy surface may occur. Brushes and other
equipment are cleaned in water.
Minimum surface temperature is +5°C.

After painting
Wipe the tools thoroughly before cleaning in water. Seal the container tightly after use and store out of reach of children. Liquid paint residues should not be poured into the drain but taken to a local recycling center.
Paint residues must not be poured into the drain. Metal handles must be separated from the plastic container when recycling the container.
