Silkematt Rom 10 is a water-based, pure acrylic paint with a mild odor for indoor use. It covers well and provides a durable surface that is easy to keep clean. Perfect as wall paint. Interior 10 is used for walls on surfaces such as fiberglass fabric, building boards, paneling, plaster, concrete, paintable wallpaper, previously painted surfaces, etc.

APPLICATION DATA
Application method: Brush, roller, or airless spray. Spraying should be performed by professionals.
Thinner/cleaning agent: Water; clean with soap and water.
Recommended film thickness, wet: 120 my
Recommended film thickness, dry: 50 my

Drying (23 °C, 50% R.H.):
Dust dry: 1 hour
Recoating interval, minimum: 4 hours. Fully cured after 4 weeks, depending on humidity, temperature, ventilation, and film thickness.
Minimum application temperature: +5 °C. Best results are achieved when applied at room temperature.
Pre-treatment
The surface must be clean and dry. Clean with Gjöco House Wash. Follow the instructions on the packaging.
Previously oil-painted surfaces, MDF, and hard or glossy surfaces should be sanded with sandpaper and primed with Gjöco Barrier Primer.
New paneling and old discolored paneling should be primed with at least 2 coats of Gjöco Barrier Primer to seal knots.
Application
Silkematt Rom 10 is ready for use and should generally not be thinned. Apply evenly and generously. On absorbent and porous surfaces, 3 coats are recommended to avoid spotting.
Other information
The paint must be protected from frost. The application temperature of the air and the surface must be at least +5°C. The painted surface should cure for at least 4 weeks before cleaning with a mild detergent. Stir thoroughly. Different production batches should be mixed before use for the final coat to avoid variations in gloss. Store the paint with a tightly closed lid to prevent spills and drying. Liquid paint must not be poured into the drain but delivered to a recycling center.
