Product Description
The putty is thixotropic, meaning it is firm in the jar but softens and becomes easy to work with as soon as you start kneading and shaping it. It bonds tightly to both glass and wood and protects the construction against moisture and rot.

How to do it
How to glaze a window:
- Remove old, cracked putty with a putty knife and chisel
- Sand and clean the putty rebate thoroughly
- Prime the wood with linseed oil – let dry
- Knead the putty until soft and form into a roll
- Press the putty into the rebate and smooth off with a putty knife at a 45° angle
- Let dry for at least 2–4 weeks before painting with linseed oil paint
