PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

One-component assembly foam (polyurethane foam) certified according to EC1 Plus. BOSTIK P300 FOAM’N’FILL B3 has excellent thermal insulation properties and a sound insulation capacity of up to 62dB.
 

AREA OF USE

BOSTIK P300 FOAM’N’FILL B3 is specifically developed for sealing joints around window and door frames, as well as in building constructions, partition walls, roof and floor joints, and pipe penetrations in walls and floors. As a rule, BOSTIK P300 FOAM’N’FILL B3 has excellent adhesion to concrete, stone, plaster, wood, metal, and several plastics such as EPS, XPS, and uPVC.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Canister temperature: +5°C to +30°C (recommended temperature +15°C to +25°C). Application temperature (ambient temperature and substrate temperature): -15°C to +35°C (recommended temperature +15°C to +25°C). 

1. Hold the canister with the valve facing upwards and attach the foam gun or nozzle to the canister’s adapter/top using the threads on the gun/nozzle. 

2. Shake the canister thoroughly at least 30 times before use. 

3. Turn the canister upside down and apply the foam. 

4. To control the flow of foam, turn the valve on the back of the foam gun. 

5. Moisten the substrate with a simple water sprayer. 

6. Fill the joint halfway. The foam will expand and fill the rest. 

Use safety goggles, protective gloves, and personal protective equipment. Floors, carpets, and furniture should be covered with paper or plastic. Joints deeper or wider than 4 cm should be filled in several layers. Wait 15-30 minutes between filling stages. Between each layer, spray water carefully onto the foam. The product must only be used in well-ventilated areas. Store the canister upright at +5°C to +25°C. The canister is pressurized! Do not store the canister in direct sunlight and do not expose it to temperatures above +50°C. Do not pierce or burn the canister, even if the canister is empty. Contains flammable agents. Do not spray on an open flame or any incandescent material. Keep away from sources of ignition. No smoking.
