What is Hagmans Zinc Spray? A zinc-based gray anti-corrosion primer (cold galvanizing) that provides sheet metal and metal with powerful, long-lasting protection against rust and corrosion. With over 90% zinc in the formula, it acts as a galvanic barrier – just like hot-dip galvanizing.

How to use:
Preparation
- Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from rust and grease
- Sand away any rust down to clean metal
Application
- Shake the can well
- Spray 2–3 thin layers onto the surface
- Allow to dry for approx. 20 minutes at room temperature (+20°C)
- Wait at least 24 hours before any overpainting
- Turn the can upside down after use and spray the valve empty
Important to consider
- Never spray towards an open flame or hot objects
- Ensure good ventilation during application
- Overpainting may be done no earlier than after 24 hours
