Description
HARD HAT 2990 Stain Blocker is a renovation paint that can be applied directly to plaster, concrete, cement-based board materials, plasterboard, wood and wood-based boards (MDF, OS B, chipboard, plywood), wallpaper, and old paint. 2990 is a highly pigmented, matte white paint based on plasticized acrylic resin for the permanent isolation of problematic stains from nicotine, soot, tar, ink, rust, moisture, graffiti, etc. The product is easy to use on woodwork, ceilings, and wall surfaces and can be overpainted with conventional wall paints.
