Description
Based on soft special asphalt, fiber and filler materials. Used on roofing felt, sheet metal, concrete and wood. Also adheres to damp surfaces.
Area of application
Sheet metal joints and cracks around chimney flashings, collars, domes and roof hatches. Joints in roofing felt and standing seam metal roofs.
Instructions for use
Apply Hagmans Asphalt Putty with, for example, a steel putty knife. Cracks and larger holes should/must be reinforced with fabric. Apply a layer of Asphalt Putty, lay down the fabric as reinforcement, and cover with an additional layer of adhesive.
