With Recover 24, you can quickly and easily achieve a smooth wall that can be wallpapered or painted, saving you from putty and sanding dust.
In grazing light, irregularities from the base surface can sometimes be visible. If you want to avoid this completely, apply a base coat of putty before mounting the Recover 24.
