UNPAINTED SURFACES:

Ensure the substrate is dry, clean, and free from dust. Repair any damage with Beckers Wood Filler. Sand with medium-fine sandpaper. Prime with Beckers Enamel Primer.

PAINTED SURFACES:

First, remove dust, dirt, and loose paint. Then clean the surface with Beckers Indoor Cleaner according to recommendations. Repair any damage with Beckers Wood Filler. Sand glossy surfaces to a matte finish with fine sandpaper. Prime with Beckers Enamel Primer. Surfaces in good condition do not need to be primed. For metal, factory-painted, or non-absorbent surfaces, use Beckers Adhesion Primer.

Stir the paint well from the bottom. Apply Mood Professional Finish 1-2 times with a brush or sprayer. Sand lightly with fine sandpaper between coats if any grain rises for an extra fine final result. On large surfaces, a roller can be used. Avoid foam rollers as they introduce air into the paint film. Level the paint with a flat brush of the "moddlare" type.

Everyday care:

Clean the surface with an all-purpose cleaner or a dish soap and then rinse with lukewarm water. For best results, wash the surface from the bottom up and remember to ventilate the room afterwards so the surface dries faster.

Stain removal:

Use an all-purpose cleaner. Black marks (metal smudging) caused by rubbing items like keys or rings against the painted surface can be removed with a clean eraser. Never use strong solvents or alcohol.

Touching up:

Always touch up with the same product last used on the surface and, if possible, the same batch number. With a different batch number or color tinting, a minor color deviation may occur. For best results, always touch up the entire surface to avoid differences in texture, color, and gloss. When spot-priming, try to mimic the brush structure/texture of the surface/paint film to minimize the risk of differences in texture, color, and gloss.

Other:

The final properties of the enamel are only reached after approximately 3 days at a normal room temperature of 23°C. Avoid heavy soiling and cleaning of the surfaces until the paint has fully cured.

Avoid painting if the surface is colder than +10°C. Wait about a week before subjecting the surface to heavy loads.
