NEW UNPAINTED WOOD: Treat the facade, end grain, joints, and nail heads with Primex Grundolja Trä. Wipe off the excess after 30 minutes. WHEN REPAINTING surfaces in poor condition, all surfaces should be primed with Primex Trägrund; this also applies to repainting old alkyd and oil-painted surfaces. PAINTING ON FACTORY-PRIMED PANELS: Panels purchased factory-primed with Pinja Universal Primer from Tikkurila Sverige AB can be considered to have sufficient base protection. Our recommendation is a topcoat treatment with Perfekt Täcklasyr, 2 coats.
